interested candidates 2 MISSION OBJECTIVE The objective of the mission is to provide technical organizational environmental and social support to the promoters benefiting from the CEG mechanism during the post financing phase in order to secure the financed investments and improve the performance of the sub projects In this capacity the SAE will notably ensure the monitoring of funded sub projects support to beneficiaries monitoring of environmental and social ESS requirements identification of risks and production of required monitoring reports The SAEs will intervene exclusively in an advisory support capacity and will not participate in the evaluation of funding requests or in funding allocation decisions 3 AREAS OF INTERVENTION The services provided by the Support and Guidance Services SAE will cover the eight 8 intervention regions of PACIPA namely Agadez Diffa Dosso Maradi Tahoua Tillab ri Zinder and the City of Niamey This recruitment is organized into eight 8 distinct regional lots corresponding to these regions Lot 1 Agadez Lot 2 Diffa Lot 3 Dosso Lot 4 Maradi Lot 5 Tahoua Lot 6 Tillab ri Lot 7 Zinder Lot 8 Niamey Candidates may express their interest in one or more regional lots They must clearly specify in their application the region s applied for and demonstrate their ability to perform the services there In order to ensure balanced territorial coverage statistics economics management information systems or equivalent discipline with at least five 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects A Gender and Inclusion Specialist holding a Bac 5 degree in social sciences gender or development with at least five 5 years of experience in supporting women and young entrepreneurs Field advisors with at least a Bac 3 degree in agriculture management rural development or equivalent field with three 3 to five 5 years of experience in providing close support to producers and promoters Consultants will need to demonstrate the availability
